The Village Bazaar

“Fashions for Women Who Care”

The Village Bazaar ladies’ clothing store chain was started by Wilfred (“Bill”) Cohen and Eustis Paine in the late 1960s. There were Village Bazaar stores in Keeseville (NY), Rouse Point (NY), and Port Henry (NY). There was also a store called the Book End in Willsboro, NY run by Eustis’s wife, Paula, which had gifts, dishes and glassware, and some clothing.
